The whole setup — enough loos and showers, useful extras like washing-up or laundry, and whether everything actually does the job.

Cleanliness

The biggie — floors, bowls, cubicles, loo roll and bins. A stray cobweb is one thing; a whole cobweb city is another.

Hot means hot. Think pressure, temperature and whether the shower stayed warm once everyone else woke up.
